I am so sad for you. Your (incompetent) bosses are kind of incompetent. Let’s put the space project manager on tech support, and then when she complains about being on tech support AND managing projects let’s then take away all of the projects she manages to make it easier for her to do tech support! So, sure, let’s just take the actually qualified person off the jobs she’s qualified for! And give her a job she’s not qualified for! And then be REALLY SURPRISED when the jobs she’s qualified for but isn’t allowed to do don’t get done. Hmm. It’s like living life in a Dilbert cartoon, only much scarier because this is REAL.

I say grab as many of them as you need, and leave the rest of the people to scramble~ OR Hoard them all, and dole them out for favours!
