Mike tagged me over on Facebook, and since I was too lazy to think of anything to post today, I thought I would do as he asked.
Rules: Once you’ve been tagged, you are supposed to write a note with 25 random things, facts, habits, or goals about you. At the end, choose 25 people to be tagged.
The real challenge will be coming up with 25 things I haven’t already said, but here goes:
- Baby carrots with Renee’s Gourmet Ranch is fast becoming my favourite snack
- I bought a second copy of Fallout 3 because I really, really wanted the Special Edition lunchbox and bobblehead
- I was quite disappointed to not see or go through a single check stop on New Year’s Eve
- I rarely wear a coat outside
- The Diet Coke I drink must have ice cubes in it, or I won’t bother
- I went to Bible Camp once (for real)
- I’m a chronic iPhone charger
- I have two scars on my left index finger: one from being bitten by a dog at 4; the other from having a Cabriolet convertible roof latched onto my finger
- I own in the neighbourhood of 9 different shades of sparkly green eyeshadow, and wear them all
- I can’t whistle
- .. or snap my fingers
- I know I said I would buy fewer video games this year but I’ve already bought 3 (but none of them for the DS, and one was a duplicate, and one wasn’t for me so clearly I am still ahead)
- I was in Advanced French class for most of high school, but “passed” French 12 with a 56%
- I don’t like to write rent cheques for more than 3 months in advance in case I decide to move or run away
- Ed made me watch Spirited Away and I sort of hated it
- My hair has been henna-enhanced-orange for a few years now, but I’m an hour or so away from returning to my chemical-induced purple
- I stutter when I’m animated (for good or bad), and when I talk too fast
- .. which is a trip, because I get told two or three times a week that I talk very, very fast – so to talk fast enough that I stutter must be just impossible to listen to
- I’m going to start crafting again – I just need to get to a bead store for findings
- I bite my nails and have tried to stop 4 or 5 times but am never successful
- I’m hoping to buy a new bed frame this year because ours is too high – I have to climb up into it, and I’ve fallen out and it’s a long way down
- I bought my first (and second) ever diet book today, not because I plan on dieting but because the information in the book is presented trivia style and that absolutely appeals to my inner (and outer) nerd
- I feel guilty for owning a track jacket with a stencil of a pack of cigarettes on it
- All the jewellery worn on my left hand is silver with gold detailing, with the exception of my wedding band (which is yellow gold with a white gold inlay)
- I couldn’t get into Chrono Trigger. I’m sorry
And now the fun part! I tag the following people: Miranda, Reilly, Josh, Shan, Darren, Gill, Laurie, Tanya, Ali, Bobbie, Christine, Corinna, Donna, Krishen, Kris, Phaedra, Tom, Renee, Marissa, Jen, Michelle, Cynthia, Allie, Ro, Heather, Brigette, Heidi, Michelle, Lisa, and Barb, which is 30 people not just 25 but that’s okay.
Phew!
And since you made it this far, here is a picture for you:

as always, you’re awesome. As is that picture.
Sweeeet!
I will get on with my 25 things probably tomorrow morning. I’m too sleepy to come up with anything remotely acceptable right now.
Did you check out Pinback yet?
Ooooooh, I’ve been tagged! I am honoured.
25 things? That’s a lot of things.
I got myself a DS for Christmas, if you had one suggestion for a game I must have, what would it be?
YAY! DS! I gave Catherine the same suggestion I’m going to give you: pick up Professor Layton and the Curious Village. It’s a puzzle game, but not a traditional one by any sense. It’s a neat story that has you solve 140+ puzzles of all different kinds, plus a mystery to boot. It’s really, really good. If you’re looking for more of a traditional action game, you can’t go wrong with New Super Mario Bros or DS Zelda Game, the Phantom Hourglass. All three of those are on my Top DS Game list, but I think you’d enjoy these ones especially! You too, Catherine!
Har, that photo is funny.
We should do crafting together! We can have crafting days! Or nights. Whatever. I’m available.
Apostrophe ess for plural makes me SO. ANGRY.
Thanks!!
25 things a real challenge for me, I would better keep out of it LOL!
Oooh, ME! I am so famous… D’OH! 25 things?! Couldn’t this have been one of the ones where you just answer questions?! So much less thinking required… gah. Thanks! Really.
Also, I HATE that EVERYONE seems to think that plural suddenly requires ‘s-ing things!!! I’m with Erin.
Oh no! I got tagged. Not sure how I’m going to come up with 25 things… I’m going to have to think about it :)
“Ed made me watch Spirited Away and I sort of hated it”
HAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAA!! Oh, Kimli – I sort of hated it too when Kate made me watch it.
I acknowledge your tag.
