I seem to think “B’ah hoh pu d’ah” means “revenge is a dish best served cold” but my Klingon dictionary is in a box in my parents’ basement, where it’s been for about 20 years.

Mike wins because he knows it off the top of his head. More modern-minded Klingons use online English-Klingon translators instead.
But I don’t even know if I’m right. People like to glorify the past, but there’s good things about modernity too, like online translators.
