.. but no one else’s:
I’m not entirely sure why Google Street View’d the alley behind our apartment building, but they managed to capture most of our bikes in a lovely snapshot. They also graciously blurred out Oscar’s license plate – I am a very private person you see – but they kept Drunk Bettie’s plate totally visible. Hah!
Back to testing.
Do you have a personalized plate?
Nope :)
I think they should have made sure that everything that need to be blurred done manually. My plate wasn’t blurred either.
I was hoping something cool would have been happening in front of our place, but it is just a picture of grass growing.
No ninjas. :(
What’s the big deal with your license plate being visible? I mean, it’s pretty visible to anyone else, as it’s stuck to the outside of your vehicle.
I personally don’t care :) But it’s one of the things people were complaining about re: Street View – OH NO MY PRIVACIES ARGLE BARGLE BLAH RAGE
Ahh, I must have missed that.
There’s no expectation of privacy in a public place though, is there? I can walk down the street and take pictures of whatever the hell I like.
Now, that Google Bedroom View thing is a little unsettling sometimes… plus the monthly rates are too high.
